Buchanan Timber LLC is a full-service supplier of treated and untreated wood products. Liz Buchanan has been representing producers of high-quality wood products since 1985. We work with a select group of mills and treating plants to provide you with the right wood products for your specific job or application.

Bridge Timber
You can buy a 2x4 at your local lumber yard. What we sell is timber. Our square-sawn timbers are milled to within 1/8" tolerance, and the lengths are precision end trimmed (PET) to your requirements. The laser-guided mill can manufacture custom cut timbers, including dapped, tapered, and chamfered to your exact drawing specifications.

Piling
Whether you're driving foundation piling for a new commercial building or adding slip space to your marina, Buchanan Timber has the piling you need to complete the job. We sell wood piling treated with creosote, CCA, or, when required by engineering specs in high-salinity environments, dual treatment. In addition, we sell creosote-treated bridge piles meeting state highway department and county road-and-bridge specifications.

Poles
We provide utility poles that meet ANSI specs for straightness and diameter and AWPA specs for handling and treatment. We can have your poles independently inspected and the specifications certified by WQC or an outside agency of your choice.
